Orsini working on our projects for the last 6 years and this being your 4th project with us. I write to let you know that out of all the site representatives deputed from your end to manage receipt of goods and site management, Mr. Bibekman Pradhan, who was deputed to this project was the best.
He managed the process independently and with no supervision from us. He never came to me with any issues, even though the timeline was very short and the site was on a condition where lots of co-ordination was required in terms with timing, co-ordinating the arrival of delivery vehicles to site, obtaining necessary permissions from the Contractor / Operator, arranging folk lifts, cleaning of waste materials etc. and HSE related aspects. I am amazed the way he handled all situations dealing with multiple people, which saved lots of time for me.
